Changes
Changes are accepted within seven days from the date of receipt
products. It is preceded by the communication with our store by email at
shop@lithari-hellas.com The new product should
be of equal or greater value than the returned one. The cost of return and
new shipment is borne entirely by the customer.
Changes are only accepted if the products are in
same situation in which they were received. That is, inside their packaging
and with the special markings intact (the special sticker of our company).
In addition, the sales document must be included (receipt or
invoice). If there is an indication that the products have been used or worn,
in addition to the test, the company has the right not to accept the change.
Returns
Every order we send is carefully checked, however there is
possibility of human error. In any case refunds
are not made. If the reason for return relates to an error
of the company, (e.g. shipping another product than the one ordered or
omission of a product), the cost of return and new shipment
is borne by our company, provided it is done with the company
couriers we work with. Then we send them to you again
right products.
